The Warehouse Supervisor & Inventory Manager position is a critical role that combines the responsibilities of overseeing the day-to-day operations of a warehouse and managing inventory effectively. Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities and ensure efficient workflow.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain high levels of inventory accuracy.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures to improve overall warehouse efficiency.
• Manage, train, and evaluate warehouse staff to maximize productivity and job satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations for a safe workplace.
• Track and manage inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery and receipt.
• Collaborate with suppliers and customers to optimize supply chain activities and resolve issues.
• Monitor warehouse equipment and coordinate maintenance to prevent operational disruptions.
• Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and generate reports.
• Identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Plan and manage warehouse space utilization to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of goods.
• Develop contingency plans for potential disruptions in warehouse and inventory management.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in warehouse supervision and inventory management roles is essential.
• Strong knowledge of inventory and warehouse management systems and processes.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills are required.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on team collaboration.
• Ability to lead and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance goals efficiently.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management software needed.
