***Part-Time | 5 Days per Month | Last Week of Each Month***Key ResponsibilitiesConduct outbound customer calls during the last week of each month to seek their feedback on their experience with major touchpoints in their journey.Follow a structured questionnaire while creating space for open dialogue to capture detailed, candid insights.Document feedback accurately and comprehensively in call centre software.Escalate issues to the VoC Program Manager as needed.Protect customer confidentiality and follow internal guidelines for information handling. Excellent verbal communication skills in English (clear, professional, and confident).Arabic language proficiency is a strong advantage.Proven experience in outbound calling, customer interviews, customer service, or similar roles.Comfortable speaking with senior business customers and building rapport quickly.Strong active listening skills and the ability to probe gently to uncover detailed insights.High attention to detail and accuracy in note-taking.Reliable availability for 5 working days per month, specifically during the last week of each month.Professional, courteous, and customer-focused approach.
