Store Supervisor ( Warehouse )

Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods to meet demanding deadlines.Implement and maintain inventory control systems, conducting regular audits and cycle counts to minimize discrepancies and optimize stock levels.Lead and mentor a team of warehouse staff, providing training, performance evaluations, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.Manage and optimize warehouse layout and space utilization, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety regulations.Coordinate with other departments, such as purchasing and sales, to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely delivery of goods.Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to orders, deliveries, or returns, ensuring customer satisfaction.Develop and implement warehouse procedures and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.Exhibits strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.Has a proven track record of optimizing warehouse processes and improving operational efficiency.Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) for data analysis and reporting.Displays excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage and motivate a team.Demonstrates exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure.Fluent in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
