There will be significant opportunities to become involved in business development, marketing initiatives, and wider firm activities. This role offers a clear pathway for progression, with structured training, development, and support towards Partnership for the right individual.
Candidate Requirements:
• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience running a commercial property caseload.
• Strong background in landlord and tenant matters is essential.
• Typically suited to candidates with 7+ years’ PQE, or those ready to step into a Senior Associate role.
• Interest or experience in marketing and business development.
• Proactive, adaptable, and calm under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, client-focused approach.
