Responsibilities
• Greet and warmly welcome customers as they enter the store premises.
• Assist customers with product selection and offer knowledgeable recommendations.

• Process customer transactions accurately at the point of sale terminal.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
• Restock shelves and arrange merchandise according to store layout plans.
• Stay informed about current promotional offers and sales tactics.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and objectives.
• Contribute to loss prevention efforts by monitoring suspicious behavior.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in fitting rooms and common areas.
• Provide feedback to management regarding customer experience improvements.
• Participate actively in store meetings and training sessions as required.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification; additional education preferred.
• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is highly desired.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse customers.
• Proven ability to handle sales transactions and operate a cash register.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and peak retail seasons.
