IT 1st Line SupportManchester£27,000 - £30,000 per annum Are you a proactive and customer-focused IT professional ready to be the face of support in a dynamic environment? We're looking for a 1st Line IT Support Technician to join a friendly and collaborative IT team, where your skills will help keep critical systems running and users supported across multiple sites. ? What You'll Be Doing Act as the first point of contact for IT support-via phone, email, and in personLog and manage incidents and service requests through a Service Desk toolProvide 1st line support for hardware, software, email, and network-related issuesSet up and maintain IT equipment such as mobile devices, printers, and desktop systemsAssist with user account management, onboarding/offboarding, and access controlTroubleshoot and escalate issues where necessary to internal or 3rd-party teamsHelp maintain IT documentation and internal knowledge baseSupport IT colleagues with network hardware, software deployments, and system maintenanceOccasionally travel to other supported UK sites to provide in-person support ?? What We're Looking For Minimum 3 years' experience in a 1st line support role in a corporate settingStrong troubleshooting and diagnostic skillsFamiliarity with Microsoft technologies (Office 365, AD, Exchange, SharePoint)Experience supporting Android/iOS devices and business telephony systemsWorking knowledge of IT networks (DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.)ITIL Foundation certification (or willingness to obtain)Excellent communication and organisational skillsFull UK driving licence (occasional travel required) ??
