Your impact
Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Graduate Software & Data Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for Computer Science fresh graduates who have a strong foundation in software development, data analysis, and modern web technologies. You will work on building data-driven applications, dashboards, and intelligent solutions using tools such as React, Python, AI/ML libraries, and Microsoft Power Platform.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze and process structured and unstructured data to extract actionable insights.
• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar tools.
• Build and maintain web-based applications or components using React, JavaScript, or related frameworks.
• Assist in developing automation workflows and low-code applications using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Apply basic AI/ML techniques (data preprocessing, model training, evaluation) for analytics or automation use cases.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, code quality, and proper documentation of applications and processes.
Here's what you'll need
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or related field.
(Non-Computer Science graduates with strong analytical and development skills are welcome.)
• Good understanding of programming concepts (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or similar).
• Ability to design and develop simple applications or scripts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Good-to-Have Skills
• Experience with Power BI and data visualization.
• Exposure to Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Knowledge of databases and data modeling.
• Hands-on experience through academic projects, internships, or personal projects.
• Familiarity with APIs and integration concepts.
