Executive Assistant – HNWI Single Family Office
What We Offer:
• Compensation: AED 15,000–21,000/month (AED 15,000 base + performance bonus up to 40% of annual base, paid in December, based on a structured performance criteria).

A DMCC-based Single Family Office is hiring a third Executive Assistant to support an HNWI.
The environment is fast-paced and requires sharp thinking, strong judgment and initiative. You will work under the supervision of the Senior Executive Assistant and handle a mix of business tasks and personal tasks.

• Highly self-disciplined and able to execute without supervision
• Reachable and responsive by phone throughout the day
• Flexible availability with changing priorities and deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and high execution standards
• No passive attitude — you take ownership
• Willing to go the extra mile when needed
• Comfortable switching between admin work and hands-on errands
Working Hours:
• 6 working days per week
• 1 day off per week
• Working hours are flexible and task-based — not fixed office hours
• This role requires high availability and fast response, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Most of the time, work will be remote, but the assistant must be ready to show up at the Principals’ premises or execute tasks in person at any time when required
• Must be reachable throughout the day and available to respond, act or follow up immediately on assigned duties
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a wide variety of business and personal tasks assigned by the Principals and the Senior Executive Assistant
• Coordinate with external providers and third-party vendors
• Conduct deep research, calls and follow-ups
• Manage complex written communication: follow message threads accurately, extract key actions, respond professionally and ensure timely follow-up without losing context
• Track assignments using digital systems and ensure nothing is missed
• Attend in-person duties when required at the DMCC office, the Principals’ premises or other assigned locations
