The role of Manager In-Flight Connectivity is pivotal in shaping and delivering the connectivity strategy for our airline, ensuring seamless customer experiences through advanced technology and reliable connectivity solutions.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and implement a comprehensive connectivity product strategy, roadmap, and service offerings to maintain market leadership.
Safeguard end-to-end customer value proposition for connectivity, including business models and monetisation strategies. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements like TDRA regulations as necessary.
Oversee operational efficiency by strategising planning execution while managing relationships with suppliers to meet supplier contractual obligations efficiently.
Negotiate contracts effectively while engaging various departments such as Procurement & Finance. Manage SLAs regularly and ensure they are met at all times."),
