Develop original and innovative design concepts for both digital and print media, ensuring strong alignment with brand identity, marketing objectives, and business goals.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and content teams, to build cohesive visual narratives that enhance brand presence and user experience. Produce high-quality graphics, layouts, and visual assets for advertisements, brochures, websites, packaging, and social media platforms, maintaining exceptional attention to detail and visual consistency. Create engaging motion graphics and animated content (2D/3D) for digital campaigns and social platforms. Design realistic 3D product mockups and packaging visuals to support product launches and marketing presentations. Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, continuously integrating innovative techniques to keep the brand fresh, modern, and competitive. Prepare, present, and explain design concepts to stakeholders, responding to feedback professionally and iterating efficiently. Build and maintain a centralized library of design assets, templates, and brand materials to ensure consistency and operational efficiency. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong time management and prioritization skills. Conduct market and audience research to better understand user preferences and tailor visual content to specific demographics and platforms. Actively participate in brainstorming and creative sessions, contributing fresh ideas that elevate campaigns and push creative boundaries. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field, showcasing a strong foundation in design principles.A portfolio with diverse examples of design work, demonstrating creativity, technical skills, and problem-solving abilities in real-world contexts.2-5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within a fast-paced agency or corporate environment.Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, with a willingness to learn new software as needed.Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design, enabling the creation of visually compelling and effective graphics.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with team members.Ability to receive constructive feedback and apply it to improve designs while maintaining a positive attitude in high-pressure situations.Cultural awareness and adaptability to design for diverse markets, demonstrating sensitivity to different audience preferences.Fluency in English, with additional language skills being a plus, to communicate effectively in a globalized work environment.Attention to detail and a passion for visual storytelling, ensuring that every design element serves a purpose and resonates with the audience.
