Administrator – Premium Design Manufacturing

Location: Accrington

Salary: £27,000 – £28,000 per year, plus profit-related bonus

Join a design-led business where quality, presentation and professionalism are part of everyday.

We are looking for a highly organised and confident B2B Administrator to join the head office team of a design-led manufacturing business known for its quality, detail and craftsmanship.

This is a B2B administrator role within a premium product environment. You will be based at the center of the business, supporting sales activity, customer orders and the smooth running of the office, while contributing to a professional and welcoming experience for customers, visitors and colleagues alike.

The Administrator role
• Working closely with the Sales and Office teams, you will manage B2B customer orders from initial set-up through to completion. This includes accurately entering product and pricing information, maintaining order records, processing repeat business and ensuring information is always correct and up to date.
• You will be a key point of contact for B2B customers, handling enquiries by phone and email, confirming orders and communicating production timelines clearly and professionally. Attention to detail, consistency and pride in your work are essential, as your role directly supports customer confidence and the company’s reputation.
• Alongside sales administration, you will support the day-to-day running of the office. This includes managing incoming calls, preparing meeting spaces, arranging refreshments for visitors and providing cover for colleagues when needed. You will help maintain a calm, organised and well-presented working environment.

What are we looking for?
• This role would suit someone who already has experience in administration, office support or sales coordination, ideally within a product-focused or design-conscious business.
• Experience is important, but equally we are looking for someone who takes pride in how they communicate, present themselves and support a wider team.
• You will be comfortable working with structure and systems, enjoy variety in your day, and be trusted to work independently once trained.
• An interest in design, interiors, fashion or creative industries would be a natural fit for this environment.
• You will use internal systems alongside Microsoft Office to manage data, documents and records, so confidence with Outlook, Word and Excel is required (full training provided on internal systems).

You will need
• Strong organisational skills and a high level of accuracy
• Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal)
• Confidence managing multiple tasks and priorities
• A proactive, supportive approach and willingness to help where needed
• A positive, reliable and detail-focused mindset

Why apply?

This is an opportunity to join a growing, design-driven business where standards matter. The administrator role offers stability, responsibility and the chance to build a long-term career within a professional and supportive office environment.

If you enjoy working in a well organised, quality focused setting and want to be part of a business that values care, presentation and attention to detail, we would welcome your application.
